A: We sell to wholesalers and distributors. We do not sell
to consumers directly.
Q: Do you provide samples?
A: We do not provide free samples. However, if later you
issue an order, the sample cost can be deducted.
Q: How much is the shipping cost of the samples?
A: If you have a collect account of DHL or UPS, we will
send the samples at your cost. Otherwise, we will calculate
the shipping cost according to the order quantity and
your location (zip code is essential).
Q: What is the payment term?
A: Our payment term is T/T upon ordering or irrevocable
L/C at sight in our favor. We will release order to production
after receiving your payment. We do not accept credit
card or travelerˇ¦s cheque.
